Job title: Administration Team Leader – Assured Energy
Working hours: 37.5 hours Mon – Fri (Hours may vary between 8am – 6pm)
Location: Leicester (Hybrid)

Leading a team of Administrators, you’ll be there to guide them, provide training and oversee day to day tasks to ensure individual and team KPIs are hit. You’ll be in charge of 121’s, providing MI reports, commission data and much more to generally support the Management Team, working closely with all key stakeholders. Other core responsibilities will include:
· Planning department workload, reacting quickly to changing priorities
· Monitoring performance based on accuracy, quality and efficiency
· Providing real-time feedback as well as recording non-conformances for feedback sessions
· Reviewing and implementing processes and systems
· Ensuring the Assured Energy CRM is accurate and kept up to date
· Ensuring all customer/supplier queries are dealt with promptly by adhering to SLAs and monitoring department performance
· Providing performance statistics and reporting
· Attending, leading and setting agendas for meetings as required
As an already experienced Team Leader, you will already have strong organisation and planning skills, excellent interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and positive mindset which you can naturally pass onto others. Being highly accurate with a keen focus on attention to detail is essential.
Although not essential, it would be a huge advantage if you’ve got energy / utility industry experience, particularly working for a supplier or a TPI, and have had some involvement in finance-related tasks.
