Telemarketing Executive (Assured Energy)

We’re rapidly expanding, and we’re now looking for ambitious sales / business development / telemarketing / lead generation executives to grow with us!

Your new manager is one of the most sought after in the Group, with an employee retention rate of 100% over the last 18 months, and has a reputation for creating happy, supportive, and overachieving sales teams who love what they do!

Basic salary of 25k + a highly achievable OTE of £12k (the uncapped commission means you could earn significantly more!), plus a variety of benefits and incentives.

We’re looking for a team-player with:

• 12+ months’ experience in an outbound B2B lead generation / telemarketing / business development / sales role selling to SME businesses.
• The ability to network and build great business relationships, adapting to customer needs.
• The ability to converse at a high level and explain complex information in a simple and effective manner.
• A resilient, target-driven mindset with the confidence, organisation skills, and hunger to generate sales independently.
• Drive to succeed with a track record of commercial success.
