With the UK’s 2050 net zero target, our offering is applicable for all UK businesses and is a high priority on many C-suite level agenda.


Our Business Development Managers have the opportunity to use their consultative approach to sell all over 45 services to C-suite level stakeholders, leaning on the expert knowledge of our in-house delivery teams.


With current Business Development Managers earning up to 2.5x – 3x their basic salary including bonuses, our uncapped commission scheme offers limitless earning potential on an ever-going suite of products.


You’ll be given a large region to target, with weekly meetings for Marketing department collaboration, where you can share your input on how they can support your sales.


Our headcount, revenues, and profits have all grown considerably year on year and we have ambitious growth plans, particularly for our Direct Sales department. You would be ideal for this opportunity if you have:

  • Net zero or energy consultancy experience, ideally selling both Energy & Sustainability Services, both consultation work and implementation projects. We would be open to speaking to those who only have experience selling either Energy or Sustainability.
  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets.
  • A consultative approach to selling to C-suite stakeholders in large I&C organisations.
  • A self-motivated and driven mindset. This opportunity provides lots of autonomy.

Travel is required for the role, with client meetings taking place predominantly in the Midlands and north of England.
