Drive client success in the fast-evolving energy sector

Are you passionate about helping clients succeed and ensuring every detail is covered? We're looking for a Client Management Assistant / Client Support / Client Executive (Mid-market) to join our growing team and play a key role in building strong relationships with our energy sector clients.

 

What you’ll be doing

As a vital member of our team, you’ll work alongside a Client Manager supporting a portfolio of mid-market clients, making sure their experience is seamless and solutions-focused.

You’ll be:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for your clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication

  • Supporting delivery teams to ensure services are aligned to client needs and expectations

  • Coordinating and managing data, documents, and deadlines to keep projects on track

  • Helping identify opportunities to improve service and drive additional value

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams

  • Handling queries and resolving issues, always with a client-first mindset

 

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the satisfaction of making things run smoothly.

 

What you bring

  • Experience in a client-facing, support, or coordination role (e.g. customer service, administration, client support, project admin, or account handling), ideally within the energy sector or a similar industry

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

  • Comfortable participating in client meetings and keeping internal systems up to date

  • A confident, highly organised approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • A team-focused attitude and the ability to spot opportunities to add value or support client growth
