Our Client Managers play a pivotal role in maintaining strong, long-term relationships and ensuring our services consistently deliver measurable value.
What does a Client Manager at Consultus do?
You’ll be the trusted face of Consultus for your portfolio of clients - building long-term relationships, managing service delivery, and ensuring our support adds real value. Whether supporting mid-sized businesses or embedded in enterprise accounts, you’ll be:
Leading client relationships with confidence and clarity
Managing client accounts, contract renewals and service delivery
Collaborating with internal delivery teams to meet client goals
Coaching and mentoring your dedicated Client Executive
Maintaining accurate systems and CRM records
Delivering regular client updates, reports and performance reviews
Spotting opportunities for growth and deeper engagement
You’ll take pride in delivering a responsive, reliable service that builds trust and strengthens client partnerships.
