Job title: Contracts & Data Administrator – Assured Energy
Working hours: 37.5 hours Mon – Fri (Hours may vary between 8am – 6pm)
Location: Leicester (Hybrid)
Salary: £23,400 per annum.

Providing quality checks on all sales made by Energy Consultants, Agents and Partners, you’ll maintain focus on the quality of sale, keeping records to the highest standard, ensuring all sales are processed accurately and efficiently, as well as following post-sale processes.
You’ll ensure the Assured Energy CRM and other shared folders are accurate and kept up to date, by creating and maintaining records such as registrations, welcome letters, renewals, termination notices, etc. You’ll work with other teams to assist with query management, ensuring full and transparent digital records of all client and supplier correspondence. Other responsibilities could include:
· Maintaining up to date template libraries, such as supplier contracts, T&Cs and DD mandates
· Maintaining a record of supplier pricebook validity and distribute to relevant parties
· Validating all EACs (Estimated Annual Consumptions) with current suppliers
With your self-motivated, positive and adaptable approach, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a keen focus on attention to detail, you’ll be a great fit for the team!
It’s not essential, but it’d be great if you have energy industry knowledge and / or experience.
