The HR/Talent team was established in 2021, centred around the idea that great people do their best work when they love the work they do, are empowered to own their service, and feel connected to the organisation’s wider goals.

As we continue to grow, so will our People team and, over time, we expect to strengthen our in-house Employee Relations capability.
