Salary: £27k - £30k DOE

Office attendance: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Are you commercially minded, analytically strong, and motivated by helping global clients make smarter decisions?

At Consultus, we’re looking for a Worldwide Procurement Analyst to join our growing International Operations team as we continue to expand our activity across global energy markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to work with leading organisations, supporting strategic procurement decisions across 24 international markets.

You’ll be at the heart of our international procurement delivery; evaluating supplier proposals, interpreting contract structures, and analysing market trends to support data-led recommendations. Your work will help clients reduce risk, optimise costs, and feel confident in their energy strategies.

You will work with commercial, contractual, and market data across multiple regions, taking ownership of procurement activities and identifying opportunities to enhance how we deliver for clients.

Why join us?

At Consultus, we work together across teams and regions to deliver excellence, value, and innovation, and we’ve been recognised with industry awards for doing just that.

In this role, you’ll:

Develop multiple skill sets: negotiation, commercial awareness, contract analysis, and data interpretation

Drive impact: contribute to high-value procurement decisions with visible outcomes for global clients

Work globally: collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders across international markets and cultures

Grow continually: our people are encouraged to learn, develop, and progress their careers every day

Contribute to innovation: support the continuous improvement of procurement processes and solutions

Make an impact: your work will directly influence client strategy, cost optimisation, and risk management

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll take ownership of procurement activity across a range of international markets, managing end to end tender processes and working closely with suppliers to evaluate offers, pricing structures, and contract terms.

Day to day, you’ll be interpreting complex market and commercial data, turning it into clear, practical recommendations that help clients make confident, well-informed decisions about their energy strategies.

You’ll build strong relationships with suppliers across different regions, gaining insight into how markets operate while ensuring we maintain accurate records, performance data, and contractual documentation.

A key part of the role is understanding and interpreting supply contracts. You’ll identify risks, obligations, and opportunities, helping shape procurement approaches that balance cost, security, and flexibility.

You’ll also work closely with colleagues across teams to keep procurement activity on track, managing timelines, supporting prioritisation, and ensuring delivery runs smoothly. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to improving how we work by identifying efficiencies and supporting the development of better processes and tools.

As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to represent procurement in client conversations, adding value through your insight and building confidence in the recommendations we provide.

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

·       Experience working with complex data in a commercial, analytical, or operational environment

·       Strong Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation

·       Confident and clear communicator, able to explain commercial insights and build effective relationships

·       High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

·       Ability to interpret data, identify risks, and translate findings into clear recommendations

·       Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

·       Proactive and commercially minded, with a problem-solving approach

·       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

·       A genuine interest in energy and sustainability, and how data supports informed decision-making

Desirable:

·       Experience in procurement, commercial analysis, finance, or the energy sector

·       Exposure to global markets or international stakeholders

·       Experience with Power BI and/or Power Query

·       Additional language skills
