Schemes available  

• Finance and accountancy: A corporate accounting pathway designed to provide experience from all aspects of finance, creating a rounded experience. 

• AI: Help shape how we apply AI across our consultancy services and internal operations.  

• Commercial and market research: Explore new markets and industries, analyse competitors and customer trends, support research to inform sales enablement and new service development, and help shape commercial decision making and strategic direction.

• International market research: Focus on global growth activity, emerging international markets, and opportunities for horizontal expansion into new regions. Work closely with our Worldwide team to deliver high-quality research, analyses, and recommendations that support Consultus’ global ambitions.

Location: Leicester, UK (Hybrid or office-based)  
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000  
Start date: September 2026 | Duration: 18 months
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
