Job description

Are you looking for a varied HR and office co-ordination role, where you can make a big impact?

Over the last 30+ years, Consultus has grown from a small family business, helping local businesses manage their energy, into a trusted partner to some of the most iconic organisations worldwide.

But we are more than that. Working with large corporates, government and smaller businesses, our focus is on people, the communities where we live and work, and the environment. We want to leave the world better than we found it. And we are experiencing continued growth.

A company focused on people needs a great people team – that’s where you come in.

Our HR / Talent team was established in 2021, centred around the idea that great people do their best work when they love the work they do, are empowered to own their service, and feel connected to the organisation’s wider goals.

We are now looking for an HR & Office Co-ordinator to help us create an exceptional employee experience, ensure compliance, and maintain an office environment people genuinely enjoy being part of.

This is a varied role that combines proactive HR administration with day-to-day office and facilities management, offering you an opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR. You’ll be a key point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, supporting everything from onboarding new starters and maintaining HR systems, to managing office suppliers.

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive and takes pride in the details. Someone who loves creating great experiences, takes ownership of problem-solving, and is excited by the opportunity to make a real difference in a growing business. Ideally, you’ll have sound knowledge of basic HR processes - that’s a bonus. We’re really looking for fresh thinking from talented people, who know their craft and have a passion for all things people.

The most important element is you, your ideas, and your behaviours. Send us your CV and let’s start a conversation. You’ll be joining an organisation who values its people (employee happiness is a Board level agenda) and empowers you to think differently and do your best work. Most of all you’ll be surrounded by great people who really care. Drop us a line.
