Contract Type: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week

Now, we’re looking for a Partner Sales Manager to help us unlock even more value from our partner relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
What you’ll be doing
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the bridge between Consultus and a network of partners who trust us to deliver energy and sustainability solutions to their clients. This means:
Building and deepening relationships with key partners (e.g. facilities management, procurement consultants, membership bodies, franchisors, and more)
Identifying and securing new partner organisations aligned with our growth strategy
Selling Consultus services through partner networks - from utilities procurement and green energy sourcing to invoice validation and net zero consultancy
Leading the full sales lifecycle: from initial engagement and proposal creation to scope definition and deal closure
Collaborating across marketing, operations, and consultancy teams to deliver a seamless partner and client experience
Maintaining a strong, proactive pipeline of opportunities
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, commercially sharp, and thrives in a high-trust, high-impact environment, and who can demonstrate:
Proven experience in partner/channel sales specifically within the energy sector
Previous experience selling services such as:
Utility Procurement (fixed/flex contracts, energy trading, market strategies)
Utility Bureau Services (invoice validation, reporting, optimisation)
Renewables / PPAs (green certificates, off-site PPAs)
A sales-hungry, target-driven approach with a strong sense of commercial ownership
Proactive and self-motivated mindset, able to open doors and drive your own pipeline
Creative thinking and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
Experience selling to senior decision-makers and managing complex sales cycles
Confidence using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
