Using a collaborative and consultative sales approach, you’ll engage with C-suite stakeholders at international blue-chips and multi-site high-volume energy consumers, developing strategic relationships across sectors and territories.

As you’d expect, if the fit is right, we offer a competitive package. Some of our top Business Development Managers earn up to 2.5x their base salary, thanks to our generous commission structure. 

 

About you 

A commercially minded strategic thinker, you’ll help major energy users manage cost, risk, and energy efficiency through a proven track record selling across the following services: 

  • Utility Procurement for high-consumption multi-site / international organisations – Electricity, gas, water and metering, with fixed, flexible, and consortia-based contract strategies 

  • Market Intelligence & Risk Management – Insight-led buying strategies and active trading support 

  • Renewable Sourcing – Green certificates, off-site PPAs, and advisory for sustainability-led energy procurement 

  • Utility Bureau Services – Invoice collection and validation, payment bureau, and financial/utility data reporting 

  • Cost Optimisation – Recovery audits and analytics to identify savings and improve long-term performance 

 

Location: Remote/Hybrid with ad-hoc travel to Leicester HQ and prospect meetings 
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 
OTE: Highly achievable 50% of base salary, with top performers earning significantly more
