Senior Client Executive
Location: Leicester, hybrid
Hours: 37.5 (Monday – Friday)
Salary: Up to £31,500 per annum, depending on experience

About the role
This is a hands-on client delivery role, working closely with a Client Manager who holds overall responsibility for the account. You will be the main day-to-day contact for your clients, keeping communication clear, coordinating activity across the business, and making sure nothing is missed.
You will manage a portfolio of clients, each with their own priorities and pace. The work is varied, but it rewards consistency, organisation, and calm problem solving.
What you will be doing
Managing incoming client queries, providing clear updates, and closing actions properly
Coordinating delivery across internal teams including Procurement, Metering, Risk, MI and Reporting
Maintaining accurate client records, site lists and CRM data, including onboarding new clients and validating Letters of Authority
Supporting tenders and renewals across services, tracking progress and keeping clients and your Client Manager informed
Spotting risks early, flagging issues, and helping resolve them in a practical, measured way
This role suits someone who is comfortable with routine and repetition, understands the value of doing things well every time, and enjoys being the steady presence clients rely on.
About you
You are naturally organised and detail focused, with a clear and methodical approach to work
You can juggle multiple priorities and still meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and are confident following up with colleagues and clients
You are client facing by nature and comfortable handling the occasional tricky conversation
You take ownership, see tasks through, and like bringing order to complexity
Background
Experience within an energy supplier or TPI environment is helpful, but not essential
We are equally open to strong administrators or client coordinators from other sectors who are quick to learn, client focused, and highly organised
Growth and development
You will gain exposure to all areas of the business and develop a strong understanding of energy and client delivery. There are clear progression routes into Enterprise Client Executive or Client Manager roles for those who want to build a longer-term career in client management.
