Basic Salary: £28,000 (Realistic year one OTE of £42.5k)

Your Role as an SME Sales Consultant:
Converting sales and driving revenue growth
Selling to new SME clients via phone and face-to-face meetings
Managing pipelines, contracts, and client onboarding
Assisting Consultus International Business Development Team with up-sells
Promoting new product launches to the customer base
Helping with marketing and brand exposure in the SME market
Understanding competitor offerings and industry trends
Attending SME expos and events to attract new customers
Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction
Using and maintaining our CRM, Quotation, and Contracting Platform
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in outbound B2B energy new business sales
Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
A results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance
